SINGLE ORIGIN – RESERVE COLLECTION
Elevated
by Nature,
Refined by
Craft
Élevé Réserve selects only the rarest highland teas, hand-graded, single estate, for those who believe a cup of tea should be an experience worth remembering.
OUR STORY
Where Rarity
Meets Reverence
Élève Réserve was founded on a singular conviction – that exceptional tea deserves the same reverence as fine wine. Each release is traced to a single garden, a single flush, a single moment in the season.
We work directly with estate managers across Darjeeling, Assam, and the Nilgiris, selecting only the top 2% of each harvest for our Reserve
Collection.

OUR PRINCIPLES
Rooted In Integrity
Single Origin
Every tea is sourced from one specific estate, one region - full transparency from leaf to cup, always.
Sustainably Grown
We partner only with estates committed to ecological farming and fair wages for every picker.
No Additives
Pure leaves, nothing else. No artificial flavours, no blending with inferior grades. Ever.
THE RITUAL
Brew with
Intention
The perfect cup is not rushed. Each Élève Réserve tea has its temperature its moment. Let us guide you through the ritual of preparation.
01
Heat The Water
Green teas at 75C, black teas at 95℃. Temperature shapes the entire flavour profile.
02
Measure the Leaves
2 grams per 200ml. Use Scale, not a spoon – consistency is clarity.
03
Steep in Silence
3 minutes. No stirring. Let the reserve leaves unfurl and speak.
