receive a refund for an order placed with SSZ Enterprises Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

within this 14day period.

3. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Due to the nature of our products, the right to cancel does not apply to:
 Teas or consumable products that have been opened, unsealed, or used
 Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once
unsealed after delivery
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Returning Unopened Products
Where cancellation rights apply, products must be:
 Unopened and unused
 In their original packaging
 Returned in a resaleable condition
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.
Returns should be sent within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon
as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
 A replacement
 A full refund
 A partial refund where appropriate
We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected (where applicable), we will process
your refund as soon as possible.

 Delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law
 Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your
payment provider
